Feb 26, 1905, 22.01. Phonetic transcript from earwitness accounts from [what became referred to as] ‘the Onionhead sessions’;

“Hugh beegum what ovvas say y’ar, sayidanuvv and thasswotya get”..
So beeyit.”(laughter)
“Is……So..who is onionhead?....
…who is..”- “CANNSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS”

'When you stop speaking into a sound activated voice recorder, it ramps up the sensitivity as it ‘listens’ for sound to record, play that back, and that silence roars in response to what you spoke,- words, whispers, and usually threats can be heard in that angry white noise. It’s a similar effect if listening hard enough to the gaps between the ticks of a clock..'

Most people have had an experience like that, even if they have forgotten it.
Maybe its better forgotten.. People would be terrified to know the power they have and what they are capable of ‘making happen’.
